Here’s a cleaner version that actually explains the timeline properly:
I have very irregular cycles and I’m honestly exhausted and anxious every month because of it.
Last cycle, my period did not come naturally and had to be induced with Crina NCR around Day 50+. After finishing the medicine, I got my period and that cycle ended around 31st March.
Now I’m in the next cycle and currently around Day 42.
For the last few days I’ve had:
• white/creamy discharge on and off
• some transparent discharge mixed in at times
• cramps on and off
• breast pain
• nausea
• lower back pain
• extreme tiredness
But still no proper bleeding yet.
I have NOT had unprotected sex at all, so pregnancy is not the concern here.
The confusing thing is that sometimes I get this exact discharge 1 day before my period, and other times I get it like 9 to 10 days before. My natural periods, when they do come on their own, usually happen around Day 42.
Has anyone with irregular cycles/PCOS had repeated creamy discharge + PMS symptoms for days before the actual period started?
I think I may have ovulated late this cycle, but I genuinely can’t tell anymore and it’s stressing me out a lot.
TLDR:- Irregular cycles, last month needed Crina NCR to induce my period.
Now Day 40 onwards with creamy discharge, cramps, nausea, breast pain and back pain but no bleeding yet.
