Planning to buy a 2nd hand car as our 1st car, any red flags to look out for or general advice?
Hi po! My partner and I have been saving up and malapit na namin mareach ang sinet naming savings goal to buy a car! We were advised to buy a 2nd hand car and after a lot of research we decided we wanted a Honda BRV (not decided on what model).
Our parents or siblings or tito/tita aren't knowledgeable tungkol sa mga kotse kaya wala po kaming mapagtanungan. We're in the process of finding someone na may idea at least kung ano ichecheck sa kotse hahah
Do you have any advice po? What should be the very first thing we look for/at when looking for a car?
A friend of ours just bought her car via fb marketplace, literally inabot lang nila yung pera sa owner tapos prinocess yung transfer of ownership etc. She didn't check the history of the car, odometer, if casa maintained, etc. - she told us to do better hahahah
