Hey, we're looking for an illustrator for a children's book. The main characters are three girls and one boy, around 13 or 14 years old. You can design the characters however you like; they're briefly described in the story, but that might still change. We’re flexible. We’d like a stylish cover and a few illustrations inside the book.

We’ll pay for the illustrations, and your name will, of course, be on the book cover. The story takes place in Germany. Unfortunately, I don’t know how much an illustration costs. Maybe 200 euros for the cover and 50 euros per illustration in the book? They should be small pictures here and there.

I have never commissioned art from anybody before, and i've been trying to get a character reference sheet done for weeks of a character i'm playing in a ttrpg, but I am so uninspired to draw them, and I only have their lineart done of all their details and outfit, but I am unhappy with the pose and cannot correctly choose colours.

I would like to be able to commission to get a character reference sheet done, get a whole new sprite pose (alongside front views, side views, back views, etc), and have the artist help with choosing the colours. What service should I be looking for specifically to get this done? And can anybody recommend any servers or communities that offer these kind of commissions with lots of feedback? If anybody has a similar artystle to what i've done so far, please feel free to post your socials or dm your portfolio if maybe you'd be interested too?
