Hello, I pay for the internet in our home and have access to the admin panel. Lately, my mom has been ALL in on the AI craze and has been even going to "Chat" for health advice. While I'm aware that I can block it completely, I think she'd catch on if I did that. Rather, I want to slow its connection down so it's bordering on unusable (imagine the old days of trying to load an image on dial-up).

Is this possible? And if so, how?
