Today I was out reading on the communal patio and the kid came out, shoot some hoops with him.

At a point I was like "yeah let me do a last one before I go for groceries, I'll make it with one hand no big deal" (it was a big deal, I suck)

AND I MADE IT! His face said it all and I finally felt like The Cool Adult TM.

Sometimes life is good.

Edit: this isn't a flex to say I beat a kid, just one of those moments where you look cool in front of a younger person and feel inspirational
