I don’t know if this has been asked before as I could find any information but as I was placing my order to get a retroid pocket 6 I saw that there was a charge called estimated taxes which said “The final tax and total will be confirmed by email or text after you place your order” Does that mean they are gonna charge me more money afterwards to get the console or how does that work? Thanks

So lately I have been very interested in getting my hands on a handheld console to use in my spare time and take on trips.
For some context I owned a 3Ds xl but sold it for 150€ because I didn’t really use it because it wasn’t really comfortable and the screen was kinda small and looked blurry and scratched. In the present day I own a ps5 which is my main console, and I also own a switch 2 which I bought mainly to play the new exclusives
So after doing some research I found that I really liked the Retroid pocket 6, the ayn odin2 portal and the Odin 3. And I’m interested if someone could help clear out the differences between these 3 and which one is better. My budget is around 300/350€
About what emulation I’m interested I would love to be able to emulate anything from 3Ds to Wiiu and switch if possible, also psp and ps2, basically anything. Thanks to anyone that helps.

In the present day I own a ps5 which is my main console, and I also own a switch 2 which I bought mainly to play the new exclusives like donkey Kong and the upcoming fire emblem game.
So after doing some research I found that I really liked the Retroid pocket 6, the ayn odin2 portal and the ayn thor. That’s for the “lower tier” options and for the expensive options I liked the steam deck but I’m not really sure it’s worth it.
About what emulation I’m interested I would love to be able to emulate anything from 3Ds to Wiiu and switch if possible, also psp and ps2, basically anything. And talking about the Thor I’m more interested in the portability rather than the 2 screens, I wouldn’t care to emulate the 3Ds games on one screen only. About how much I plan to use it I don’t think it will become my main console, it’s gonna get used sometimes but I don’t think I’ll use it more than the ps5, or that’s what I think.
So I was really wondering what should I do and if somebody could help me with the choice, should I really try spend more on a steam deck and make a sacrifice or which one even get. In reality my budget is around 350€ but I could try and get some more money but ideally around that price. I would really appreciate some help with what console to choose and what version within it. I’m also open to hearing new consoles that I haven’t mentioned in the post and you think would fit my desired. Thanks to anyone that helps.
