Hi everyone,

This is something I’ve been insecure about for years. My chin/under-chin area has always bothered me a lot, to the point that during my teenage years I developed a forward head posture because I was constantly trying to “hide” it.

Over the past 2 years I’ve been lifting weights consistently and my posture is much better now, which helped a bit. In the last 5 years I’ve also had chin filler twice. It improved things slightly, but I’m still not where I want to be.

At this point I’m considering liposuction as a last resort. My concern is that I’m not sure if I’m actually a good candidate or if the issue is more about structure than fat.

Has anyone with a similar situation (mild fullness + maybe weaker chin) had liposuction? Did it make a noticeable difference, or did you feel like it wasn’t enough on its own?

I’d really appreciate honest experiences or advice 🙏
