Etsy marketing??

I’m still fairly new to the platform. I’ve had my shop opened for 10 months, but only started getting sales in February. How do I fix the marketing? I really wasn’t happy about the profit taken from my sale. I don’t have Etsy ads turned on, or so I thought?

Hi everyone! I’m needing a little guidance on my next machine upgrade. I’m a little nervous about making the wrong decision here as there are a few thousand dollars, and a business I’ve worked really hard to build on the line. To start off, Ive been embroidering for nearly 3 years now, and I’ve been using a Poolin eoc06 for the last year and I love this machine, but I’m ready to take the plunge snd buy a multi needle because I simply can’t keep up with my orders on my single needle.
While I’d love to buy a fancy bernina or baby lock, they simply are not in the budget.
I’ve narrowed it down to a few options, and any opinions on these machines will be greatly appreciated, as well if you have any suggestions on better alternatives.

-Ricoma Em10.1
This machine seems most comparable to brother and baby lock machines, but I’ve heard some really negative things about their customer service.

-Poolin EOM
I love my poolin machine and their customer service is top notch, and this is one of the cheaper options. But I’d love something with a camera or laser to help position my garments, as well as something compatible with fast frames or something of that nature

-Smart stitch 1001
I’ve only been recently researching this one but it seems like a top contender. I haven’t heard anything negative about these machines so far.

Thanks for taking your time to read this and help me!!

Editing to add:
I have looked into second hand machines and it just doesn’t make sense for me to buy used. While I could get a brother or baby lock second hand, it just doesn’t make any sense to pay the same amount or more for a used machine as I would for a brand new Ricoma or smart stitch that have a warranty.
