After I ordered she makes another listing..

So I just purchased a top for $100.

Before purchasing , I ask are there any flaws as i don’t see any in the photo but just wanted to be certain.
Seller says they just double checked & there aren’t any flaws.

I check their account and they made a new listing of the top I ordered, priced $50 more.
This listing says it is stained and it is shown stained on this listing …..

The top is white ,stain is like dark orange

I don’t think they have multiple of this top so im 80% sure it’s the same exact top i purchased .

In this case should i dispute with my bank once it arrives?
Is this some new scam where maybe the seller post item as like new condition then when purchased they make a new listing with it flawed ….
