From someone who wants to join the Army for the suck: is it worth it?

As someone who has a very sheltered and boring life, I am quite interested in what I hear about the army. The yelling, the dirt, the trauma-bonded friends, etc and it excites me to hear those stories. I am not excited hearing about the Air Force and such and how good they have it. But I hear that soooo many people in the Army wish they would've went Air Force and how it should be Air Force or nothing for people and damn... Y'all don't think the suffering was worth it? It doesn't excite you? Would I be making a hell of a mistake choosing the Army specifically?

Am I letting confidence get the best of me? I'm an 19f and I don't know what job I would want to do in any branch, I just know that I want to be in one. I hear the Coast Guard lets everyone go in as a non rate, making it a great opportunity for people like myself to get a better grip on finding out directly what we would want to do. It also has a good QOL, same with the airforce. Problem is that neither of those branches really excite me. The army (even though I would have to be taking a gamble on picking my MOS) excites me. I like watching their bootcamp videos, hearing about peoples experience in it and their day to day life. It just feels more military and I'm worried that I'm getting too in over my head about a "military experience" over whats best for me career and qol wise when I'm probably gonna get tired of that "experience" quickly.

I'm 18f and about a year go, my dad gave me the option to go to the military or get a job and pay rent and I chose the military option and somehow stalled long enough to a year. I told them that I was gonna think about it, I was gonna get my drivers license first but now state id (which I finally got after weeks of trying so I'm left out of excuses). A state id or identification of some form is required to enlist.

I know I should've been using all of that time (I mean I had so many chances) to literally think about what branch I would wanna join and I didn't. Now I have an appointment scheduled early tmrw morning for the Coast Guard and I'm not sure I wanna do the Coast Guard.
