Lighting is very difficult inside this building. Shot with a Sony A6300 55-210mm 1/500 ISO 5000

I will say, I panicked when I took this, my shutter speed wasn’t at the right speed other than that, what else is there I could’ve done?

I will say, I have GOT to work on my reaction time and reflexes itself. Although this tree Swallow was very difficult. As it flies very fast, and does so many fast turns and stunts. Also a very beautiful bird. Do you have any tips? Shooting with a Sony A6300 lens 4.5-6.3/55-210
