Hi guys hope you can help i me.
Am in a bit of a dilemma at the moment. Around about February time I purchased a used Tesla 3 (21 plate 56k mileage) from a used car dealership in the Midlands, I'm based in London BTW.
it's been less than three months and the car has already developed a problem. In a nutshell there's no heating in the car- only cold air comes out, i get a message on the dash saying there's a problem with the climate control and it needs servicing.
So I contacted the warranty company (the dealer pretty much forced to me to buy it). I felt in pretty good stead as they had told me it was the "gold package" for the first three months so therefore I had a good feeling it would all get sorted.
So I called them and they referred me to a local garage. I left the car with them for a week and they returned it back to me saying unfortunately they cannot deal with it because they cannot get into the diagnostics. Apparently Tesla doesn't make it easy for independent garages to gain access and work with their cars. I found this a little odd because why would the warranty company recommend me to the garage when they clearly gave the impression they don't really deal with teslas.
Anyway after that, they then told me to send it to Tesla direct. (they sounded quite reluctant).
Dropped it off to Tesla, after two days they came back and said the supermanifold compressor (heat pump I believe ) has gone and it would need replacing- they invoiced me a bill of approximately £3000. Quite shocked as I've only had the car less than 3 months and only usually driven on weekends and mostly motorway driving. But then again it's still a used 21 plate with 56k on clock.
I emailed this invoice back to the warranty company. Didn't really hear much for a few days, chased them up and finally got answer. They said they've rejected the claim as apparently this is not within the scope of items covered.
So therefore this I've spent over £15k on a car, had it for less than three months and now I have to to fork out £3k to get it fixed.
You can imagine my dismay- I felt literally sick to my stomach.
I tried getting touch with the used car dealership and it was just be some woman who picked up the phone (Aftersales department) said they made a note and get back to me. I asked to speak to a manager they said no managers available right now.
So I sent an email with a full breakdown of what's happened. Its been over a week and no response.
I called the number today and went straight to voicemail (2pm on a Friday so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt).
I have no idea how to move forward if I've got a leg to stand on.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
I had this issue whenever I do some meditation I'm trying to get into a regular routine however this issue is just making it very hard for me.
Whenever I meditate and I close my eyes I'm just always focusing on my eyes meaning - all the concentration / focus is where my eyes are. I try to "look" for something.
I've heard a lot of ppl talk about feeling the body feeling and the energies on different parts of the body or your heart but i cannot get past the fact that when I meditate I automatically act as though my eyes are open i.e I'm looking but I cannot stop focusing and using my eyes.
Can you give me some really basic steps to start off with to remove this default setting thank you

As the title suggests I'm contemplating which model to buy and if there is a massive difference between the two.
I had a model 3 standard range on a short term lease 2021 plate and I loved it.
i'm looking to buy a used performance but only the pre-facelift is within my budget so 2019 question is is there a massive difference between the pre and the facelift?
