Toad on a toadstool.

Someone will probably come along and inform me it's a frog, and not a toad, so let's also call it a,

Frog on a fungi.

Drawn in ​A​dobe Illustrator, digitized with ​W​ilcom Digitizer, and run on a ​B​rother PRS100. Sewn together by hand with needle and thread.

13 separate pieces​

66,000 stitches.

41 colours

Drawing and digitizing was ± 20 hours.

Running all the pieces was ± 7 hours.

Sewing it together was ± 55 hours.

Primaloft used as stuffing under the toad / frog, and mushroom cap. Sewn to be two separate compartments. (Photo 7 shows it's a thick one.)

Used French knots to add some warty texture to the toad/frog's skin, and scaley texture to the Amanita Muscaria. (photos 2, 3, 4)

Photo 6 seems to indicate I have a bit of a theme going on.

But wait.... it's actually a MiniFig wearing a costume.

3rd and 4th photo show the 2 other MiniFig inspired patches I've made over the years.

(5th photo shows the 8 pieces I sewed together by hand to achieve this. (Not so easy to discern, but bottom left is the piece of clear vinyl that goes over the eyes.) )
