28 years old. I make $23 an hour at a dead end job. I’m in my final semester of college for computer engineering and I can’t find anything. No internships, no entry level stuff, nothing. It seems like everyone here has great paying jobs that allows them to afford rent and housing(I live with grandparents) and I can’t even get my foot in the door anywhere.
I’ve been playing for 11 years and never had a tube amp. I’m really excited to try this out. It’s a 2004 Fender Hot Rod deluxe.
Plugged my Fender Strat into a twin reverb at the music store and yeah theres no way I can go back to my line6 shitbox at home.
I can’t afford a twin reverb but I would like a tube amp in the $700 range.
Hello, the fall semester of this year would be my last semester of school. It’s 16 credits. I currently work in construction and I make $24 an hour. I work 50 hours a week. I had a big financial mess between a car loan, personal loans and credit cards so I basically worked full time while attending classes full time.
I’m pretty burnt out at this point. I recently sold my vehicle and paid for a cheap $2000 car which leaves me debt free now. I have $7000 in savings. Prior to getting into construction I worked as a server and I could go back to doing that.
28 years old. Make around 65k a year. A one bedroom apartment in my city is between $1700-2200 a month.
I live in a 4 bedroom house with roommates and I have the entire basement to myself. I have my own “living room” refrigerator, bathroom and bedroom if I don’t want to go to the actual living room.
Don’t know why I’m insecure about this but oh well.
