Finally caved and bought Netflix, now I'm staring at the screen like 🧍‍♂️

Classic case of wanting Netflix for weeks, finally subscribing, and now my brain has deleted every movie and show I ever wanted to watch. 💀

Looking for crime / suspense / thriller stuff – could be slow burn, police procedural, psychological, heist, whatever. Just need something that hooks me in the first 1-2 episodes (or first 20 mins for a movie).

Please save me from scrolling for an hour and ending up on a random home renovation show. 🙏

Just received an alert out of nowhere. It's been almost 3 weeks with absolutely nothing since the ceasefire, and now this.

No warning, no announcement beforehand.

Is it a test or legit threat?

Checked local news and official channels – nothing yet. No idea if this is a scheduled drill they forgot to mention or if something is actually starting again.

Hi everyone, I wanted to check if this sounds like a scam or just a normal hiring process.

I recently got a message inviting me for an interview for a “Warehouse Assistant” role in Dubai. The message included a date, time, and location (an office in Deira), but there are a few things that felt off:

They never asked for my CV

The message was very generic (no real details about the role)

When I asked which company/store it was for, they avoided the question and just replied “ok”

They asked me to come in and “discuss further” instead of giving details upfront

Communication is mainly through WhatsApp

They’re asking me to come in person for a short 10–15 minute interview.

Has anyone experienced something like this before in Dubai? Is this a known scam or just a mass hiring situation?

I haven’t gone yet because it feels a bit suspicious.

Would appreciate any advice!
