Cleaning Cards?

Cleaning Cards?

As the title suggests, I acquired a Rujinu card and notice a spec dead center. Light rubbing/wiping doesn't remove it. Is there a way I can?

I know I'm being super persnickity about a minor blemish, but when you pay a decent amount for a single card you probably want it to be perfect.

Hello. Here are my most recent pictures at 7.5 months. Procedure was for 4K grafts at Royal Wharf Clinic in London.

Here is my thread with progress from start to 4.5 months: https://www.reddit.com/r/Hairtransplant/comments/1r26u9y/45_month_progress/

I am very worried about how things are going. I've had no noticeable improvement since 4.5 and if anything have had a back-slide in the past month. I've been on Dut since 9 days after the procedure (done on 9/20/25) and, foolishly, only started foam Min and 1% ketoconazole a month ago, the latter being recommended because I had some weird yellow flakes/fungus. Thankfully, that at least is gone.

Am I going to need a second HT or SMP at this point?
