Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to coordinate with a giveaway winner, and they’ve sent me a screenshot confirming they messaged me via the Etsy platform. However, it’s been over 10 minutes and I still haven’t received it. I’ve already checked: My main inbox (both on the app and desktop). The 'Spam' folder. The 'Filtered' tab. There is absolutely nothing there. Has anyone else experienced a significant delay in receiving messages on Etsy recently? Is there a known glitch, or is there something else I should be looking for? I’m worried the customer will think I’m ignoring them—especially since they won a contest! Any advice on how to troubleshoot this or how to explain this to the customer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey,
I’ve been working on my Etsy shop for a while now and I’m kind of stuck. I feel like it’s decent, but not good enough yet, and I can’t really tell what’s holding it back.
Here’s the shop:

Questions:
Do my product photos look good enough, or do they feel too basic compared to other shops?
When you read my titles/descriptions, would you actually consider buying or not really?
Some background:
I started this because I really like 3D printing and wanted to turn it into something more than just a hobby.
Before opening, I checked a lot of similar shops and noticed the successful ones have really clean branding and strong photos. I tried to copy that a bit, but I’m not sure if it’s working.
Be honest, I don’t mind if it’s harsh — I’d rather know what’s wrong so I can fix it.
Thanks 👍
Hey everyone,
I recently started an Etsy shop where I sell 3D printed items, and I’m trying to make it as good as possible. I’d really appreciate some honest (even harsh) feedback so I can improve.
I’m not just looking for “it looks good” — I want real critique on things like:
Product titles
Descriptions
Pricing
Photos
Overall branding
What would stop you from buying

Don’t hold back — I’d rather hear what’s wrong so I can fix it.
Thanks a lot 🙏
