I’m working on a hands-free belt setup (not leather, more like soft textile/cotton) to carry essentials for quick trips with kids.

Idea is: phone, wipes, a couple diapers, small snacks — all on you, no bag.

Be honest — would you actually use something like this, or is a backpack/diaper bag still better?
