I have just finished building a brand new PC with Asus B650E Max Gaming Wifi Mobo and after turning it on nothing displays on monitor. Fans and ARGB are working. What I have noticed is that fans on GPU are not spinning but maybe it's in passive mode? HDMI cable is plugged into GPU not Motherboard.
Computer specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 7500f
Mobo: Asus B650e Max Gaming Wifi
GPU: 9060 XT 16gb
Ram: DDR5 16gb 6000mhz 30cl Viper 5 Elite
PSU: Montech Century II 850W
What I have done so far:
I have checked all connections and if plugs are seated correctly.
Checked monitor source settings.
I have put GPU into other Pcie slot.
I have checked if RAM is seated correctly.
I have moved RAM from slot 2 to slot 4 (although my MOBO manual suggests to use slot 2 for single-channel)
I have removed CPU and checked for bent pins on mobo, everything is okay.
I have flashed an updated MOBO bios.
Tried leaving it on for 30 minutes in case of Ram Training.
Looking for some advice as I have no clue what is wrong.
