Does anyone know of a reliable home care consultants?

I am looking to start or buy a home care agency in Massachusetts. Has anyone started one or know of any that is for sale?

I have been interested in buying a business for sometime now. There was a company I was interested in but the listing agent wanted nothing to do with me because I need to apply for an SBA loan. The broker said that I need to get preapproved and when I talk to a bank they tell me there is no preapproved process for buying a business and that when I make an offer I can then contact the bank to get the ball rolling. Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue?
