Share your experience on achieving handstand
Hi guys ... I m actually working on handstand for more than 3 months and yet I didn't achieve the handstand permenently but got some 3to 4sec holds randomly, most of the time I fall down and its really frustrating .. chest to wall hold 3 set , toe pulling 3 set and free handstand attempts , these are the drills I do daily ... So this post is for the guys here who unlocked handstand, how was your journey? What helped you the most?, how long did it took ? And also please give some tips and advices that can speed up my progress..
