We live in a tier 1 city, take flight + vande bharat to home even for one hour train journey.

Now I had to travel in general for 6 hrs with my wife due to an emergency, could not get a reserved seat.

I last travelled in general or any non ac coach almost 10 years back.

So after boarding, found out that there are no seats. I just wanted a seat for my wife.

So luggage rack thing is pretty common here and people sit on it, I found a tight spot where we both could fit there. It was all metal rod grid, not the cushion one.

I asked my wife if she it was ok and she was about to go up, suddenly a boy offered his seat to her and said he will sit on the rack. So me and him sat there for like 6 hours.

Man those steel bars are blood blockers.

So now to the point, all my life I have been fighting for my seat, window seat, aisle seat, my seat, your seat, your birth, middle seat birth rules, charger rules. People in higher class coaches and flight are pretty mean including myself. But today I saw people of general helping me, helping me adjust luggage, advicing where and how to sit.

I have a 2bhk flat and I am looking for renters. What are reliable ways to give the flat on rent, consider I dont live there and cannot go as well to find/onboard renters.

I thought of having a broker but broker always think about his pocket and not about the renter or landlord.

Also one broker was asking 2 months rent from me. I live in Hyd and here brokers take brokerage from the renter that too 15 to 30 days rent money.

Everyone from guard to neighbor are just thinking about earning some brokerge in this situation.

Last guy I rented the flat did not pay 2 months rent and ran.

Context: Flat is on road and rent is 8-10 k per month.

Edit: Not looking for renter but ways to find good renters.
