AITAH for questioning my friendship with a friend of 4 years?(cheating + DL)

So before we begin this story im going to give them fake names (izzy, chase, Lauren).

Izzy has been my friend for four years now but I feel like i may be questioning our friendship now because of the way she handling something which i think is very serious.
So My friend Izzy is friends with this guy named chase and every time he gets drunk he tells her how he is messing with a mutual friends (Lauren’s) boyfriend her boyfriend gives him pillow talk, after care, ect. I want my friend Izzy to tell Lauren her boyfriend is cheating on her with her best friend (chase, since MIDDLE SCHOOL) because i think its very disgusting and will probably, no, definitely fuck her up if she stays with him.

Fast forward to today Izzy is going to a house warming party..for chase and lauren as they are now becoming roommates!🤦‍♀️ and i want izzy to tell lauren asap because the cheating will most definitely get worse now. But now izzy is saying how she doesnt know her too well and how all her friends say lauren is fake. And its really leaving a bad taste in my mouth because if theyre not really your friends why not just tell the girl? And now im thinking if something like this ever happened to me would she even tell me? Her whole reasoning is that theyre her party friends and she doesnt want to mess the friendship up?? Idk.. am i the asshole for second guessing our friendship? What would you guys do?!?

I feel so deeply for Lauren because getting cheated on especially when its with your guy friend since middle school..and they’re now in college it wont be easy to get over at all, but i feel like she deserves to know.

white pc build(help)

Do i need to change anything in my build?

My pc will be used for casual gaming like Minecraft, Roblox, Sims 4, with hella mods and some additional games im thinking abt streaming as well.

Also should i buy every part slowly or save up my money and spend it all at once for the parts?
