I run a big Spotify playlist and looking to review songs for 5€ with the opportunity that if they fit good with the playlist, I’ll consider adding them but I can’t find any interested artists, anyone barley responds to dms and the ones they do, don’t look interested after a few back and forth.

I’ve tried playlist push but the rewards are too low and I barley get 4/5 requests daily, is there any way or tip to actually get this going from anyone that was interested in song reviewing?

I run a 3.5k Spotify playlist and I opened some slots to help small artists grow, I charge 15€ per song but all is organic.

I’ve recently started a playlist and to promote it on TikTok and got it to 3.5k organic listeners but beside using playlist push, I can’t find anyone interested in joining it, even tried to directly fm artists or post about it. From an artists perspective, how could I promote my playlist without looking scammy or anything?
