anyone experienced this issue when opening a account on unionbank? my first application was incomplete because the app crashed, ngayon im trying to register again but eto lang nalabas after id submission and face verification.

Hello, how can I contact unionbank CS and talk to a live agent without card numbers or reference number? I was trying to open a personal savings account sa app nila and in the middle of applying nag crash yung app and hindi na ako maka continue with my registration kasi it says pending. Wala akong nakuhang reference number and confirmation so hindi ako makalagpas sa menu ng CS nila

Triny ko ulit mag register but it says na I still have an active application and hindi ako maka proceed/continue to registering. I did not receive any email or text confirmation with my application. Has anyone experienced this and how did you work through it?
