Hello po! Naapprove po ako for Union Bank rewards cc.
First cc ko po ito. Now, nagkecreate ako ng online app using the reference number sa email as well as yung account number sa physical card. Lagi po ganito ang nalabas. Hindi ko po maactivate yung card.

Hi po! I applied Metrobank Titanium credit card through KKB last April 29 po because of their NAFFL promo. Im planning to buy apple products sana and baka yung card hindi umabot sa June 😢 and I haven’t heard anything from MB. No confirmation if na approve po ako. No calls po, only automated emails. I have existing 2 BDO CC - 1 Eastwest- 1 Unionbank Cc.

I applied - April 29
MB emailed back that my application has been received -April 30
MB emailed again that my application is still being processed - May 5
Then may bigla na lang nag text na Go21 na my MB card will be delivered - May 8

Approve na po if ganyan even walang call for MB? Also if ever totoo po yung text na i deliver, when po kaya sya darating 😩 kasi di ko talaga sure if totoo, pag triny ko I track yung tracking number sa Go21 wala naman pong lumalabas 😢 tapos im from Tagum, Davao del norte pa po and walang Go21 dito…

What's with online payment thru Maya Business recently? All of my cards were declined. All active, and have available credit 🧐

Hi guys, question lang. May disputes ako sa recent credit report ko. May mga MayaBankPH inquiries last year kahit hindi naman ako nag-apply for Maya Credit or Loan. Meron din naka-reflect na open account under MayaBankPH. Currently waiting pa ako sa result ng disputes.

If ever ma-correct ito, automatic ba mag-uupdate yung credit score ko? Also, magsesend ba sila ng updated credit report or kailangan ko pa mag-request ulit? Thank you!

We’ve ordered two iphones kasi sa shopee. I used my BPI credit card since i have madness limit of 120k. I used the same card for both of our shopee accounts para makaorder. I assured that both orders are in 6 mos installment thru shopee na credit card installment option. It was initially charged last night sa madness limit ko pero nung morning, I noticed na yung charge nalipat sa regular limit. Nagkaroon tuloy ako ng negative balance from this one. Has anyone experienced the same here.

I’ve already contacted BPI and they said na kahit daw installment, chinacharge pa rin daw sa regular limit and wala na raw sila magagawa once na reflected na.

Di ko lang gets ano point nung madness limit kasi ang point nga is for installment purchases, ayun dapat ang priority since nasa terms naman nila yun anout madness limit.

I just want to thank EastWest for giving me the privilege to have my first ever CC. Also, KKB for giving us the platform and access to these kinds of oppurtunity and knowledge when it comes to handling finances, FOR FREE! Almost 1 year na rin ako nag-aapply sa iba’t-ibang bank using KKB links and I always end up getting declined. I have Atome naman last July 2025 ang Maya Black CC last September 2025 but this will be my 1st official credit card from a traditional bank.

History:

I remember I applied doon sa naka-BPI stall malapit robinsons sa may gateway. Around early March din iyon. Medyo hesistant pa ako noon pero may nag-apply din kasi kaya sumunod ako. Sila na nagfill-up ng form and all tapos tinanong ako kung gusto ko rin ba sa ibang banks like SB, MB, UB, EW. Same info lang naman daw, I just need to sign for consent. At that time, I said sure and mukha namang legit kasi nasa mall sila haha. Lately ko lang din nabasa na may mga nag-post tungkol doon sa mga “agent” kuno ng banks tapos i-apply ka rin sa ibang banks. Definitely, not this JCB gold of EW ang aking inaapplyan

Timeline:

March 13, 2026: I received a SMS confirming my application. Second time ko na to nag-apply using KKB link.

March 26, 2026: During this time, wala akong access doon sa phone ko where my registered number is so hindi ko nakita ‘yong message na out for delivery na ‘yong card.

Wala kasi akong nareceive na SMS or email saying na I was approved na. I found out that day as well na twice na pala siyang delivered unsuccessfully. I contacted the courier GO21 and grabe pahirapan makakuha ng CS para makausap. Nalaman ko na sa office pala ‘yong delivery address and since naka-WFH ako, hindi ko talaga siya mare-receive. I ask them na lang to have it delivered last saturday para abangan ko na lang.

March 28, 2026: Walang notification saying na out for delivery na ‘yong card. No response din sa hotline nila the whole day. Waiting for schedule din ang status sa website tracking nila. We even checked the address of GO21 in Cupang na nakalagay sa Google Maps and unfortunately, walang logistics doon and close din ang office nila sa Alabang. I was frustrated na rin that time haha sorry first time lang. Kasi I will not have the time to go to delivery address during the weekdays kasi.

March 29, 2026: I called EastWest hotline and confirmed na rin the approved CC. Buti mabait ‘yong CS na nakausap ko and requested na rin mapachange ang delivery address to my home address.

March 30, 2026: Tumawag ang GO21 saying nasa office address na raw siya. I had to cancel it kasi nagpa-request nga ako ng change of address. I called EastWest and another agent told me to send documents to request for a change of billing address. Hindi nabanggit nong una kong nakausap na need pala magsubmit ng documents via email.

March 31, 2026: Tried to follow up with the request sa EW CS in the morning and sabing 5 banking days pa raw. In the afternoon, someone called confirming the change of billing address.

April 1, 2026: I received an SMS saying na updated na iyong billing address.

April 13, 2026: I called EW again and asked for update. They said the card was returned and did a follow-up on the delivery.

April 28, 2026: I called EW again for follow up. The agent said that it was already endorsed for delivery sa Secure Track na courier last april 16 and it should be delivered 10 banking days.

May 4, 2026: I called EW, AGAIN. Tapos na ang 10 banking days and wala pa rin. She filed a report for delay and told me to wait until 5 banking days.

May 7, 2026: Wala pa kasi akong nareceive any update so I called EW again. It should be delivered by tomorrow daw and sabi nong nakausap ko, supervisor na raw nagfollowup sa upper management about the delay. There was an attempt daw last April 22 and courier said the gate was locked. Well, I haven’t received any call during that day. Manila area lang ako pero ang tagal pa rin siyang in transit.

Finally, 2pm of May 7, the card was delivered. HAHAHA! Ang galante pa ng CL for a first timer huhu i was so shocked. Hopefully, this would start my road to become financially stable and be more cautious when it comes to spending.

Hello! Can anybody enlighten me because ayaw mag proceed ng purchase convert ko sa bdo app. Is the promo code to be used same as the promo code applied to the bdo deals?

Also can i still convert it to installment after soa?? I made a purchase sa agoda and want to pay it in installment.
