Apologies for not posting an update lately, but I just wanted to share a quick update.

Penguin just finished her first chemo today 🥺. I’m really thankful to everyone who donated and purchased some of my unsealed K-pop albums on TikTok.

Penguin is doing fine. Maligalig pa rin siya after her chemo, but we’re still monitoring if may pagsusuka or pagtamlay. So far, wala naman kaming nakikitang ganon. Her second chemo session will be on Nov 16.

For the meantime, I’m not going to raise funds muna. I think I can personally cover her chemo since weekly naman yung gastos for her treatment.

im planning to apply as an amazon account manager / amazon va. i have a background naman—I’ve handled 4 accounts sa previous company ko and currently working din as a marketplace specialist. pag titignan mo, diba dapat may maiisip na ko kung ano ilalagay sa portfolio ko? 😭

here’s the thing: yung apat na account na handle ko sa previous full-time ko (i worked as a bd sa prev company ko btw), we help businesses na pumasok and mag-ship sa amazon pero hindi sila totally nag-ship 😭

i created their accounts, listed their items, ensured that the keywords are optimized, and i even created a layout kung pano magiging itsura ng storefront nila. just want to mention din na i worked sa logistics company, and yung scope lang talaga ng service namin is to help them get started, makapag-ship and monitor their account, so any strategic decision should come from them.

sa apat na account na yun, isa lang yung nag-ship. since hindi sila actively nag poprovide ng decisions to us, ako na yung nagre-recommend ng mga gagawin to improve their sales (like launching ads), pero gurl, walang approval or action from the client’s end.

yung tatlo naman, ginawan ko lang ng account, listings, and ensured na optimized—but hanggang dun lang, hindi pa rin sila nag-ship. resigned na ko sa kanila for almost 1 year, and hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin sila nagshi-ship 🥲 minsan sinesearch ko yung brand nila sa amazon.

sa current work ko naman, there’s nothing technical. i only check the account health and then notify the brand manager if may issue, yes, i’m not the one resolving issues, and i don’t receive tasks na ako yung mag-aayos. i also inform them if yung asin or keywords hindi nag iindex. so more on monitoring lang, walang decision-making or anything technical na pwede mo

so at this point, i don’t know what to put sa portfolio ko para maka-apply ng part-time kasi feeling ko wala akong solid results na maipapakita🥲.
