I am downloading some videos off my action 4, and they were all fine until the last 5 or 6 videos where the sound cuts off after the first second? Is there anyway of retrieving the sound? It is the same if I watch it back on the camera itself. Never happened before

I am visiting Florence for a few days in May and it looks like the Brunelleschi Passes are sold out. Is there any other way to see the Duomo or have I missed the opportunity?
