I built a 3-minute AI app for mental strength

Lately I realized I carry stress from one conversation straight into the next.

Like one awkward meeting can ruin the next 3 hours.

So I started building an app for myself:
3-minute AI conversations to mentally reset and reframe thoughts.

I called it Candid Space.

The goal wasn’t “mental health tracking.”
I just wanted something fast enough that I'd actually use it daily.

Curious what people think.
Would this actually help you, or does it sound unnecessary?
