Im 19 M I took my MSF course and went to the dmv, I have a florida liscense but i decided to just get my endorsement here.

They told me last minute since im too young I have to retake im drivers test then my motorcycle test, obviously I failed because I didnt study for it. Lady told me to come back in 7 days.

Last week my friend got his driver's liscense and endorsement no problem he only took the motorcycle test and we are the same age.

Was she wrong or do I just study until next week?
