I’ve grown up atheist my whole life but lately for some reason I’ve been getting a lot of religious related content and although most of it I don’t believe in and think is dumb, there is one thing that makes me worried which is the topic of this post.

A lot of people say that it is just somebody being “schizophrenic“ but it’s hard to imagine this many people actually being schizophrenic and I thought this sub would be the best to ask this in just because you guys may have had similar experiences before.

In this case talking to god includes anything such as literally feeling as if you are having a conversation with him, feeling the Holy Spirit within you, or literally seeing the holy spirit which I’ve heard some people say before.

I don’t wanna go to hell but I also don’t want to change everything in my life and shift all focus to something I can’t even see so I would really appreciate answers.
