Is my carport roof leaking?

Is my carport roof leaking?

I'm hoping this is the correct sub. If not, sorry... please advise where I might post this.

I live in South Louisiana, which is a very humid part of the United States. New roof about 3 months ago (correction, new roof 5 months ago). Our relative humidity has been around 80 to 90% the past week. The past 3 days we've had very misty air and rain.

I noticed under the carport (under cover), on the ceiling (vinyl siding is nailed to a solid plywood ceiling) there is moisture in the seams - the seams have moisture, and inside some parts of those j channels there is moisture (not all the j channel length is moist). And the vinyl siding on the outside of the storage area is "weeping", some from behind the siding through the weep holes.

Inside the storage area of the carport which has sheetrock on the ceiling and walls has no visible signs of any leak.

By the way, I've never been this diligent with trying to notice these sort of things in detail.

Is this a leak? Condensation behind siding? Thanks for any opinions or suggestions.

Edit: the ceiling panels have moisture and condensation from the mist, and also my neighbors vinyl panels on his patio vinyl ceiling had condensation and moisture.

Moisture on vinyl siding outside the storage area (also weeping from behind siding)

Moisture on vinyl ceiling seams and in some parts of j channels (moisture also on ceiling siding)

Met this woman, and she seems like a good person, from the deep south (like me). We talk quite a bit and it goes okay. However, when politics or religion is brought up (by me), she seems to not go into much depth. I do yoga meditation, attend a religious organization founded in India. She's Pentecostal. Politically I lean to the left, but when politics are brought up, she says "I vote for the best candidate".

Yeah, I don't know. She is sweet and has a "southern charm", but .... I don't plan going to her church, and I have a pretty good idea I know who she votes for. She says she respects anyone's religious beliefs or political affiliation, and does not really want to talk about it.

I've never had this happen, where I like 'the personality', but avoids certain subjects in which we appear to be polar opposites.

Could you date, and would you consider getting into a serious relationship with a person who has opposite religious and political positions and/or affliations?
