Bad body odour from other gym goer

Need some advice on how to handle this without sounding racist or rude.

There’s a couple at my Anytime Fitness with very strong body odour once they start working out, and because they do separate workouts the smell spreads quite far around the gym. It’s bad enough that people avoid nearby machines sometimes or even use their hand to hold their nose.

I’m considering letting the gym staff know privately, but I’m worried it might come across wrongly. But what can the gym even do?

They always go at 10pm and staff are not there to experience it. I don’t really want to change my timing to 12am as well and before that is just too packed :/

Hi all, need some advice.

Currently have about 3 years experience as a SWE in a GLC. Problem is the work is very basic, not much real engineering involved. Recently company is moving towards low-code tools also, so now even less actual coding.

Pay is below market but with bonus total comp around ~75k, tbh I think is good enough for the skillset that I currently have already. But career progression feels quite dead.

Main issues:

•	Projects at work quite simple, so resume not very strong

•	Applying around but not getting interviews

•	Feels like the longer I stay, the worse it gets (especially with low-code direction)

Honestly nowadays the job feels quite meaningless

Now I’m quite stuck:

•	Should I just chill here and keep applying?

•	Or is it worth considering applying for intern / junior roles again in more tech-focused companies just to reset and learn properly?

I can’t really do internal transfer as the dept already transferred 80% of the swe away and fully relying on interns and myself + 2 colleague so they won’t approve my request either way

Downgrading to intern role feels risky, but staying also feels like I’m digging a deeper hole.
