Anyone with important family traditions making Jambalaya soup? I find it such a personal thing- everyone’s home recipes I have learned over the years are very different. What’s your secret spice in particular?

I’ve read about this a lot, heard speculation about it, I only researched this once. I’m sure I saw it when when now ex husband was arrested that night. From light hazel to complete black. It was like looking into the eye of a devil. Is this my mind or is this something that a body can do when in rage?

Now I love a good meatloaf, wrapped in bacon smothered in tomato purée, cheese and bacon on top… hmmm! Yet I had a dream last night about making a chilli con carne version. Anyone tried this before? Would I add the rice within the loaf? Beans? Or do those go on the side and just keep the loaf spiced and seasoned on its own? Thoughts please and thank you in advance guys!

Usually my migraines start with loss of vision, then the headache and vomiting starts. I always look at someone’s face and if I can’t see their nose, I know one is coming. But the other day I saw patches of a bright pink colour. I have never experienced that one before. Anyone had this? Thank you in advance.
