I regularly ordered from them on Etsy and received a brand new bag just after my hamster Apple passed in February. The bag is unopened and the label says it's still good until July.

I'm in the UK but willing to post it anywhere. We might get a new hammy in the future but we'd like to get a bigger enclosure first to possibly accommodate a Syrian, so it won't be anytime soon 😅
