My Best Friend 20F Isn't Talking to Me After I Rejected Her would i be wrong to reachout now.

Hi im 20m. So, I've been friends with this girl 20f since we were in school., and she's honestly one of my best friends. We've always gotten along super well, and we do a ton of stuff together: cinema, hiking, you name it.

So, on Wednesday, she asked me to be her boyfriend. I was pretty surprised, but I told her as nicely as I could that I wasn't interested in a romantic relationship. I made sure to say how much I valued our friendship and didn't want to lose that. She seemed okay with it at the time, said it was "totally cool" and wouldn't change anything between us. But here's the thing: she hasn't spoken to me since. We usually talk every single day, and now it's just radio silence.

It's really upsetting because I value her friendship a lot, and I'm worried that I've messed things up. I was really hoping we could just move past this and go back to how we were before. Should I reach out to her, or give her more space? Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to lose her as a friend.
