How does ChatGPT recommend products when customers ask for product advice?
Last month, I asked ChatGPT for skincare recommendations and got a mix of big brands plus some smaller ones I'd never heard of. The suggestions were helpful because of the details available, including the cons of some of the products. They were thoughtful and specific to my concerns. It made me wonder ( as someone in the retail business) what these brands are doing differently to show up in such responses.
