I encountered an issue with ChatGPT Images 1 in which any request for an analog clock time would always point to about 10:10, regardless of what time was actually requested. No prompt editing could fix it. I even challenged this forum to try the same—everyone here also always got roughly 10:10 on an analog clock.
I thought Images 2.0 might fix this—and while it no longer always points to 10:10, a request to “show the time exactly 5:40” is not fully understood. It shows 5:41, no matter how many times I correct it.
In the third image in this series, ChatGPT told me it would “generate a pixel-perfect diagram (SVG-style, exact angles)… rendered from exact math,” yet it *still* points to 5:41.
I just wanted to share this since I found it an interesting demonstration between the differences between Images versions 1 and 2: It understands my request better, but it’s still just as obstinate when it comes to complying with a precise request.
