A new friend I made a couple weeks back! Now he is a regular on my windowsil

So next to my apartment building there’s a bunch of hooded crows hanging out, once while on a walk I had some nuts in my pocket, I saw a crow just hanging around and I threw the nuts to the crow, went home and minded my business. A few days later I was working from home and I noticed a bird land on my windowsill. It was this guy! I can instantly recognise him by his beak (btw does anyone have any idea if it’s a birth defect or an injury?). I opened the window and left some seed mix, which he enjoyed and went on his way. Next day he came back and I’ve made it a habit to leave a few treats just waiting there for him because I want to befriend him! So now like clockwork, he comes back every day, does not run off when I open the window, I don’t bother or try to touch him, just making him aware of my presence and he seems calm and curious.
I’ve named him Vince Noir and his visits totally make my day!

Nail trauma. Need tips for healing

So I have been doing my own gel nails at home for 2-3 years, recently when they were long I had pretty bad trauma on one finger, I hit it into the cupboard and it bent and broke backwards, damaging my nail plate as well. I filed off the hard gel and now I’ve been soaking my nails in oil for the past couple of days. What should I do to fix it asap? Also, do the other nails look damaged?
