
I was finalising a property to buy which I liked very much in outskirts of Bangalore. It's a layout made by a developer with security, park and other civic amenities. It's a BMICAPA approved layout.
Lawyer says the title flow is really complex and it's gonna take lot of time before they can give clearance. Also low key adviced to stay away from these as any time some or the other family heir or any other dispute might come up. He says that because we know the lawyer personally and aware of our low risk appetite.
While searching details of this project I also found there is an ongoing rera investigation on them. As per them project is completed before 2014, so not applicable. Not sure how it's being investigated then?
There's already a lot of new houses built and people been living there from few years. Spoke to couple of them and didn't find any issues as such.

Is it safe to go ahead? I know it's less a detail to decide, but how'd you proceed from here?
Also, is there a way to download the case history of investigation?
