I saw this water leakage. What’s making this worse is that this house was constructed very recently, and honestly it feels like the electrician and the contractor (thekedar) have done extremely careless work.

Since this is a new construction, what action can I take against the builder/contractor for such poor work?

Is this something serious enough for a legal complaint or even a police case, or should I first try to resolve it directly with them?
