Cottonwood relation to Tonight NPI

I just want someone to freaking talk to about this. The chorus of cottonwood reminds me of the story in Tonight from No Phun Intended and the first time I heard it it’s all I could think of and I don’t have anyone who is LISTENING to me. I just need to know if anyone else automatically correlated the two, or if after reading this you also see it?

Hey everyone, so I recently got hired for a new job and I start next week. It’s a high energy, extrovert dominated field and I’m a little worried as I am very introverted. My family thinks I’ll be great at the job because I “have the skills” but I know that the things required of me are going to require a lot of masking. Before, I worked with kids. Kids are so much easier because there’s no micro expressions I need to read and I can just exist without worrying about everything I do. So. I want to create a morning routine that will help me best prepare for a day of masking and socializing. I used to eat a bagel with cream cheese every morning. But I’m looking for more nutritious breakfast ideas that won’t take a lot of energy. If I like something I can eat it every day. And I’m looking for a constant since my schedule will not be the same everyday and i just need one thing that’s the freaking same. What do y’all have for breakfast that’s easy and not too overwhelming flavor wise?

Also any other tips on getting through a day like this when you’re not used to it would be appreciated too.

Hope this makes sense. Please ask clarifying questions if not 😅

So I got back from surgery today where they removed my right tube due to a nearly ruptured ectopic (it had started splitting the tube when we caught it). I had been diagnosed 3 days ago and treated with MTX.

I’ve never been pregnant before and conceiving seemed impossible since I’ve had about 5 periods in 6 years (2 of those on depo-provera).

When they did the laparoscopy to find the egg, they found very old scar tissue on my uterine wall that has zero explanation. They attempted to remove it, but said it was too old.

I guess with all of my other issues (Hashimotos, suspected PCOS due to lack of periods, obesity, high blood pressure) I’m just looking at other experiences? Has anyone been diagnosed without having been pregnant before? My other tube was fine and they didn’t mention being concerned about endometriosis, so what could have caused this scarring?

Obviously I’ll be talking to my doctors, but in the meantime i’m just kinda curious if it’s even likely to be Ashermans.
