I'm a Canadian citizen who went to school in another country (Philippines) my whole life. Will I be considered an international student? Also, to ensure that I get accepted, how many universities should I apply to? And is it relatively hard to get into these universities?

Should I use OUAC or just apply directly to each university? My choices for where to live are Ontario, Alberta, or BC.

For the record, I have a 94% avg and very few extracurriculars.
