Hello! I have hEDS, and I'm sitting my GCSE exams. I'm struggling quite a bit, and I was wondering if anyone had any support or advice on how to make this a bit easier on myself?

Progress!!

I've had such a roller coaster of a month. The longest streak I've had in about 2 or 3 months! :DD

How can I help myself?

I do apologise if this isn't the right flair. I have an incredibly weak immune system, my mother is currently ill, and there are some really nasty things going around my local area. How can I keep myself protected? I've got some face covering thingies arriving in the post today hopefully.

I'm being told its fake

Someone in my school, we'll call him R. R asked for my abuser's (we'll call him L) social account to block him. I gave him this, because i had taken a screenshot of L's account in case he contacted me due to me being new to social media. I woke up the next day to R following L. I called R out on this, and I was told I was being silly. I blocked R, because I have some very important exams very soon.

(For context, I'm also chronically ill)

Later on that day, I got a follow from someone's private account (we'll call her H), and I followed her back becquse i didn't know that she and R had spoken about this. I then got a voice note saying that it was stupid that I'm still scared to leave my house alone (my abuse was 2 years ago in June), and that i was overreacting. I told him that it was silly to contact me off of another account, and he said (exact words) "you know what's silly? Faking a medical condition for attention. Thats what's silly". We continued back and forth, him and H saying that I was never abused and that I was lying.

R got in contact with L, and asked him whether he had actually abused me. He said no, obviously, and the day after, at school, he spent 20 minutes yelling at me saying everything was fake, causing me to have the most intense flashback fueled panic attack I've ever had. I went to my school, and they proceeded to send me home. I'm not allowed in school apart from my exams now.

Did i overreact? What do you guys recommend I do? Also feel free to ask any questions!

Help would be much appreciated!

Hello

I've known I'm Romani for quite a few years due to family lineage, specifically Angloromani from the UK. Does anyone have any language resources? I honestly haven't been able to do much research at all. So any advice about Romani life in the UK in general would be great :3

Hi! I'm in need of some help. I have incredibly high scar rates (as in literally everything scars), and very low healing speeds. Does anybody have any tips for getting rid of "cat scratches" on right thigh? My heat intolerant ass is begging for shorts 😭
