Why can’t I eat without getting nausea?
About a year ago I was eating sushi and I tried to swallow it and I kept gagging. A few months later I went out to eat and got nauseous while eating and couldn’t swallow my food, it’s happened a few times. I thought I just got nervous in public and it mad me nauseous, but recently i’ve started getting nauseous two bites into the dinner my mom has made 5 times before and I was fine. I can’t seem to enjoy anything right now. Please help!!!
