I made a similar post in another community and want to try here. I have had unprotected sex a few times but haven't had it in two years. I tested for STDs and was negative for all of them except herpes. I overthink and I now think that I may have it. I have an itchy anus daily, sometimes it gets to the point where I have to move around to stop the itching. However, whenever I take pictures down there, I don't see any open lesions or anything just a redness in the area. Occasionally, I will get a throbbing feeling in my ass area. Some other things that have worried is there was a grey spot down there but it wasn't painful just there. This has affected my daily life making me believe that there is no point in trying with anything because I lost the ability to interact with normal women and population because I may be sick and infected. If someone can provide their input it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
