I trying to get back to doing track again, but pacing was off and trying to do sub 19 atleast a sub 20 by the end of the summer. Current pace 21.40.
I didn't had a complete lower body workout session in long time, should I hit the lower body later in the day or should I take day off.
I was wondering does the track at the ames middle school is open for public on weekends, I sometimes saw some runners doing repeats.
