Reolink Video Call issue on Android
Recently moved from iOS to Samsung fold.
Reolink on iPhone had call notification so when someone ring the doorbell the iPhone would ring like normal phone call. Then if I answer it goes to live view or if I ignore it goes black screen with notification saying missed reolink call... Right.
Now android when my phone is locked and I'm not in trusted place etc and Reolink ring - my phone goes to "enter pin code" state where it's trying to unlock itself to open the app. It's vibrating and ringing but not showing what app is actually doing it. If I unlock it shows me the live video. If I ignore it goes black and not a single notification to say I missed the ring.
Here comes the last one. If my phone is unlocked as I'm in safe location or connected to my watch and no passcode is needed but I'm still on lock screen. I have reolink call - it shows live view instantly and show red and green button to answer or reject ... But if I ignore it, app closes and phone stays on my homes screen. Like I just unlocked my phone. So if I miss the call in my pocket it basically unlocks the phone go to home page and stay there. No notification again that I missed the call or something. If I'm at work and phone on my desk it will basically unlock and sit there if i didn't look at it in this moment. If I press red button to reject the call same thing happen it goes to home screen instead of back to lock screen 🤯
Is this normal behaviour on reolink Android app. It seems like when ring comes it must open the app to proceed ( not native call like iPhone ) therefore it bounce off the lock or go home page by opening the app ? What I'm missing here is go back to lock screen after rejected or ignored.
If I turn the video call feature off then all I get is push notification saying someone ring the bell.
