I am physically disabled and got a job at a hospital occupational health put in accommodations for me causing my start date to be pushed back multiple times as the process takes time I really don’t need them but understand big corporations have laws and regulations they must adhere to. I let them know I’m not trying to be difficult but I do have the ability to start without them if necessary I’m still a tad worried that may have come off as unprofessional & will see me as difficult and pull my offer
