Pulled this today, centering apps are showing it right on the line for a PSA 10 but I’m not confident. I assume it would 9 but curious if anyone else graded one that looked similar.

Is this worth sending to BGS for a chance at a 10 (not black label) , or should I do PSA?

Came out of an AH pin collection.
